Hi
to all, we are now Thursday, very good day to prepare for the weekend
awareness of beauty and color, making way for our enjoyment, as we
are training in lifting up our moods, by doing that, by noticing our
feelings moment to moment we give more meaning to each second and
therefore to our being and we notice that it is our “choice”. We
cannot choose what comes or appears in our spirit but we can choose
if we follow it or we turn in our designed direction. Beauty and
color is our tool here.
Things
we can do..... I am going to suggest two things. Paying attention to
our selves by choosing some kind of ornament or simply by appreciating
as we pass by on the street or at work those who have decided to wear
them is going to be very rewarding.....
Taking
the time and the care to put even if it is one flower in a vase or a
simple glass on the table we are going to have our meals in is also a
wonderful way of celebrating ourselves, life, the moment...and if you
share it it even multiplies.....so, let´s join in beauty NOW.
