Hi to all, we are now Thursday, very good day to prepare for the weekend awareness of beauty and color, making way for our enjoyment, as we are training in lifting up our moods, by doing that, by noticing our feelings moment to moment we give more meaning to each second and therefore to our being and we notice that it is our “choice”. We cannot choose what comes or appears in our spirit but we can choose if we follow it or we turn in our designed direction. Beauty and color is our tool here.

Things we can do..... I am going to suggest two things. Paying attention to our selves by choosing some kind of ornament or simply by appreciating as we pass by on the street or at work those who have decided to wear them is going to be very rewarding.....

Taking the time and the care to put even if it is one flower in a vase or a simple glass on the table we are going to have our meals in is also a wonderful way of celebrating ourselves, life, the moment...and if you share it it even multiplies.....so, let´s join in beauty NOW.

The weekend is approaching and we will go out, stroll, cook something special for our loved ones or ourselves taking special time and special care...... remember this blog is about enhancing and enjoying every moment!!!! we do that by paying attention and putting our Art-Glasses on so that beauty appears everywhere around and we stop to appreciate and thank for it, this pays back with more sense of joy. Joy is a choice and if you are reading this is because whatever your state of mind is YOU HAVE MADE THE JOY CHOICE, so we stay together in this. I am pasting here below one inspiration on how to see colour in any landscape you may be looking at and another on how to see beauty in your kitchen...........here we go!!! enjoy your weekend!!

Following this series of articles destined to unfold joy in our moment to moment life by adding meaning to each one of this moments and stopping to savour them, I will set up a new example.

The important thing is not looking at someones painting and enjoying it, which is quite right, but what you want is to have the VISION WITHIN YOUR PERCEPTION. To have the colours within yourself. THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU THE MASTER, you take the only choice you have, you decide how to perceive reality.

You will ask me what is the point of this? The whole point not only of doing what is suggested in this posts but the whole point of your whole life is to enhance your “being present” in the moment and to uplift yourself as much as you can...........UNTIL YOU REALLY ARE TOUCHING HEAVEN! This is the whole point.

We will do this together, and we will do it little by little. This is something that we have to exercise and in fact this exercising it is the whole point!!!

As i did in my previous article, I will be posting a series of posts with images of what reality looks like and an example of how we can unfold this COLOUR VISION within, and apply it to anything we look at. I will put very simple things, because our lives are made of a string of very simple moments and …..........WE ARE NOT GOING TO MISS OUT ON THE BEAUTY OF A SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!

How to put the art within your eyes.............and within your life

Hi, I am starting a new series of blog posts here where we will together learn how to have art “within our eyes” instead of expecting it to come from outside or for someone to “give it to us”. The information that we allow through our senses shapes what we become, we may have woken up within a fantastic and exhilarating mood or with our “left foot”, but that doesn´t matter because in the long run we do have a choice. This is the most important to bare in mind.

We can choose to make beautiful and to therefore enjoy anywhere we look at. You may say, well, and what is the reality, what about if it is ugly or I do not like what I am seeing that moment? Again I will reply what I have found out after endless years of meditation and reading all sort of weird and wonderful books and then applying it........ perception is totally personal, there is not an objective perception. Has it never happened to you that you go to a party with someone else and when you come out and share experiences they are totally different????, well this is what I mean.

So, I will start here a series where I will show you a picture of a landscape and then, the art VISION of that landscape. And when I do this I do not want you to look at the finger pointing at the moon and staying on the fingertip and missing the moon. What I mean here is that YOU have that vision, it takes only a bit of training, this is what we are going to do here, but the aim of this is not that you stay with the artist's perception but with yours, and that the colours end up pervading all you look at and that you enjoy so much more any moment. Life is made of moments.....lets stay with this and leave the full picture expectations, it is made through all this little seemingly unimportant moments that we weave into it.
